Position on the NAR’s Clear Cooperation Policy (CCP)
As the founder of a new real estate ecosystem built on transparency, immersion, and trust—not bureaucracy—I do not support the National Association of REALTORS® Clear Cooperation Policy (CCP).
While I believe in transparency and fair access, CCP is a misalignment with how today’s buyers discover, engage with, and build trust around real estate. It is a policy designed to preserve control and enforce uniformity at the cost of innovation, flexibility, and creative marketing strategy.
Today’s consumers engage first with stories, visuals, and emotion—not MLS feeds. The most powerful interest is generated before a listing hits the market. By restricting how and when organic content can be shared publicly, CCP prevents agents and sellers from building organic momentum, authentic engagement, and localized brand relevance.
My approach favors a modern, media-first strategy where content earns trust and attention organically through an ecosystem that isn’t anti-collaboration—but pro-innovation, pro-seller, and pro-consumer. We believe in creating value through open communication and relevance, not top-down control. CCP limits our ability to do that.
The real estate industry must evolve to match the behavior of the people it serves. That means giving professionals the freedom to earn attention before they enter compliance funnels—and allowing content, not just compliance, to lead.
